Hi Everyone!

I am so excited to speak at a Lululemon Community Event this Thursday, November 20th, 2014. Designed to inspire, motivate, and elevate the audience, the event is called 'San Diego Speaks', and will be featuring local changemakers, innovators, and disruptors who are shaking things up, and living their dharmas out loud! I will be talking on 'Dharma: Turning Inspiration into Action', specifically, the 4 Stages of the Dharma Process, and the power of visualization, intention, action, and accountability.

The event will be held at the thought-provoking, awe-inspiring Museum of Contemporary Art in La Jolla, overlooking the beautiful La Jolla Cove.
