PROGRAM FEATURES
The coach training program teaches you how to be a powerful coach in 9 months by mastering the Discovr your Dharma™ coaching fundamentals and practicing the Discover Your Dharma ™ system in your own life. Our class sizes are designed to ensure personal attention and mentorship by Dharma Express™ certified Master Coaches.
The Dharma Coach Training Program™ is comprised of 2 parts:
PART I: Intensive one-on-one weekly Dharma Coaching with a Master Dharma Coach to learn, master, and apply the techniques and principles of the Dharma Discovery System™ in your own life for 8-12 weeks
PART II: A fast-paced, highly interactive 24-week group training program where aspiring coaches will be immersed in experiential teleclasses thatincorporate motivational segments, live coaching, group simulation exercises, and accelerated learning processes for rapid learning and long-term impact.
By the end of this program you will have achieved:
All the Core Competencies required by the International Coaching Federation
Mastery of the Coaching Fundamentals and the Dharma Process
Personalized mentorship with a Certified Master Dharma Coach
24 Weeks of Dharma Coaching Training
40 Hours of actual coaching with clients
PLUS, 4 weeks of Business Starter Training, including Client Acquisition, Personal Branding, Success Scripts and Strategies
ELIGIBILITY

Desire to want to help others do the same
Willingness to learn and to transform your Self and your life in order to become a Certified Dharma Coach
Be personally coached by a Dharma Express Certified Coach for 3+months, OR Attended a Discover Your Dharma Event
