I’m a “MAXIMIZER.”  Strengths, mine or someone else’s, fascinate me.  Like a diver after pearls, I search them out.  My strengths are to help you to uncover your buried authentic self and life purpose.  Then to help you to nurture them, refine them, and stretch them toward excellence.  I naturally want to polish the pearl until it shines!

I’m driven to LEARN and share what I learn with others.  I’m drawn to the process of learning.  I’m energized by the process of learning and sharing with you what I’ve learned — hands on!   As an avid reader and sponge of personal growth and women’s empowerment materials for the past 25 years I have a unlimited, powerful resources to share with you!

ACTIVATOR:  “When can we start?” is a recurring question for me.   I’m impatient for action.   I’ve been called a “catalyst” in helping others get started… I love to dig in and get started helping you to help yourself find our own unique authentic self!

NETWORKER:   I love to meet new people, find a common thread, learn all about them and support them on their journey.  In my world, there are no strangers, only friends that I haven’t met yet. 

I’m also a Boomer.  I was born in 1957, the year when more babies were born than at any other time in history.  I have a Master’s degree from the University of Life  –studying  & practicing my own personal growth over the past 30 years and unofficially and officially coaching everyone who was interested!

I’m a mom, a grandma, and I’ve been in a 20 plus year  relationship with my soul mate, David.   I’m a Retired Keller Williams Realtor.  (I add Keller Williams here because of the specific WIN- WIN culture within that real estate agency.)  I’ve worked as a phlebotomist/ medical assistant and a receptionist.  I was a congressional aide, a Director of a non-profit organization and spent 10 years as an advocate at the state legislature.  I’m an entrepreneur, a philanthropist and an activist.

My motto is “socialize with a purpose” and my philosophy is.  WIN-WIN.
